Отель расположен на городской дороге № 1 с горячими источниками Байяндянь, примерно в 5 минутах езды от живописного места Байяндянь 5A и примерно в 10 минутах езды от съезда на Сюнсянь с Дагуана и скоростной автомагистрали Баоцзинь. Опираясь на знаменитый родной город страны с горячими источниками, мы тщательно нарисовали живописные места мира, окружающие такие живописные места, как Байяндянь Вэньхуаюань, остров Юаньян, сад лотосов, деревня Гази, древний туннель на границе Сун и Ляо и т. д. Отель занимает площадь около 250 400 квадратных метров и представляет собой набор номеров, кейтеринга, конференций, досуга и развлечений, как и один из лучших бизнес-конференц-отелей для пожилых людей. Номера оформлены в новом китайском стиле на фоне китайской классической культуры, пронизанной ярко выраженными восточными чертами.
