The Hotel Monterosa is located in the town of Verrès, easily accessible by car, is only 1.6 km from the exit of Verrès, both by public transport, the hotel is opposite the station. Verres offers its visitors both beautiful landscapes, both cultural highlights as its ancient Castle, one of the most famous medieval castles Aosta Valley. The Castle has the particularity to be erected on a rocky promontory overlooking the village of Verrès and the road of the Val d'Ayas, also the Verrès Castle was one of the first examples of block castles (consisting of a single building). Furthermore, structure is located a few kilometers from the main ski slopes, such as those of Gressoney, Brusson for cross-country skiing and many more. Hotel Monterosa has recently been renovated, the rooms are equipped with modern comforts, such as LCD TV, free WI-FI connection, heating and air, laundry service, the bathroom is equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer trash.Rooms are spacious and comfortable, their decor reflects the warm mountain style. It Offers its guests breakfast buffet consisting of fresh products, both sweet and savory, seasonal fruit, various types of croissants, homemade cakes and hot drinks and more.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
