Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. – More than 6 months before the event: no cancellation fee, except for confirmed costs already incurred at the client's request. – Between 6 months and 1 month before the event: the deposit is non-refundable. – Less than 1 month before the event: 100% of the quoted amount is due. The venue features four distinct rooms — each with its own charm and capacity — ranging from a classic boardroom to a light-filled orangerie opening onto a private garden. All spaces come equipped with modern AV (screen, sound system, flipcharts), flexible seating arrangements, and access to inviting shared areas like the lobby, orangerie, and terrace. Full-day and half-day packages include room rental, technical setup, welcome service, housekeeping, drinks (coffee, tea, water, softs), and generous snack breaks. A fresh lunch buffet with sandwiches, wraps, and salads is included in the full-day package. We make planning easy with a full-day, all-in formula at €75 per person (excl. VAT) — everything included for a seamless and professional experience. Additional options include breakfast formulas, extra breaks, or a post-event drink with quality wines, mocktails, and finger food — perfect for informal networking or team closure. We collaborate with trusted local caterers and are happy to help coordinate menus and logistics.
