Xinjiang Xigoma International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. в основном занимается управлением отелями, размещением, кейтерингом, развитием туристических ресурсов, розничной торговлей универмагами и другими видами деятельности. Общая площадь застройки составляет около 22000 квадратных метров, из них 13 надземных этажей и 1 этаж под землей. На парковке одновременно могут разместиться около 400 больших, средних и небольших транспортных средств. С первого по третий этажи расположены вестибюль отеля и вспомогательные помещения общественного питания, а с четвертого по тринадцатый этажи — гостиничные номера и большие, средние и малые конференц-залы. Вспомогательные помещения спроектированы в соответствии со стандартом Intelligent Star. Отель расположен у северного подножия горы Тяньшань, на юго-западной окраине Джунгарского бассейна, на южном склоне горы Тяньшань и в красивом западном нефтяном городе Душанзи, пересекающем Китайскую национальную автомагистраль 312 на севере. Его называют жемчужиной Гоби. Название места происходит от города Душань, расположенного на юго-западе города. Душань имеет форму «единого целого» с востока на запад. Он независим от Гоби, так как не связан с другими горами. На уйгурском и казахском языках Душанзи называют «Майтак» или «Майитао», а «Ксигома» — с запада, а жемчужина Гоби — Майтак, и потому что слово «ксигома» транслитерируется в математическое суммирование «», означающее «и».
