The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. With an ingrained entrepreneurial passion passed down through the generations, Boston Butler President Christopher Carr launched the company in 1995. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Christopher spent years working in his family’s business before taking the leap and he has never looked back. Six years ago Boston Butler relocated to a space at Presidents Golf Course in Quincy, allowing Christopher to add “restaurant owner” and “function facility operator” to his resume.
