Altos de Chavón – Altos de Chavón is a fascinating recreation of a 16th century Mediterranean village on a cliff overlooking the Río Chavón.
Isla Saona – While taking a catamaran to this scenic island located off of the south-east tip of the Dominican Republic, sailboat or speedboat ride to this island you’ll experience the incredible turquoise water and beauty of the limestone cliffs. You may even see some dolphins following your boat!
Isla Catalina – This small offshore island located approximately 1.5 miles from the mainland, has an incredible coral reef for snorkeling and diving, perfect for those booking for a day trip for water activities.
Santo Domingo – The oldest city in the New World and capitol city of the Dominican Republic, where the settlement of all the Americas began. You’ll see the first cathedral and the first hospital. Explore the cobblestone streets that wind through the Spanish colonial architecture and imagine yourself back in the 1600s. There are so many restaurants it is said that even those who live here cannot visit them all.
La Romana – Located approximately 1 ½ hours west of Punta Cana, La Romana is one of the largest city in the Dominican Republic known for its superior golfing, beautiful beaches and superb shopping area.
Higuey – A small historical town known for its large Basilica honoring the Virgen de la Altagracia, patron saint of the Dominican Republic. Stroll the small streets and sample some of the tasty local cheese and fresh fruit from the local markets.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.

Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience.
Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico.
In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.

Offering jazz, blues, Latin, funk, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special.
As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
