Fonteverde is an elegant 5-star resort in San Casciano dei Bagni, an ancient village in the Val d' Orcia countryside known for the thousands-years old thermal springs. 63 rooms, 11 junior suites and 4 suites. The Ferdinando I Restaurant offers traditional Tuscan dishes, as well as special menus for a balanced and healthy diet. The thermal spa is spread over 5 thousand square meters and offers seven thermal pools with amazing views on the surrounding countryside. This location is ideal to explore the nearby medieval villages rich in history and heritage as well as enjoy local produce and wine tasting in renowned wineries. Fonteverde is also a location for business meetings that combines a professional staff with the charm, the vocation of welcome and the care of person. The Resort is surrounded by nature but, a few Kilometers far, there are historical and cultural treasures that may represent a pleasant interval in a work session. Located inside the hotel, the meeting room Cosimo I can accommodate up to a maximum of 85 people and is equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment, natural and artificial lighting, carpeting and air conditioning or heating with independent control. In addition to the traditional meeting rooms at your disposal, there is a multifunctional area, Casina delle Rose, with the most modern technical equipment that allow to develop any kind of meeting with various fitting formulas. Entirely natural light with large windows overlooking the Val d'Orcia, is on two levels with patio overlooking a rose garden. Casina delle Rose is the ideal location for elegant banquets, meetings, conferences, debates, exhibitions of art and photography.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
