Welcome to the Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel by Marriott, Burlington's premier downtown waterfront hotel. We are honored to welcome your guests to Vermont! Over the winter of 2025, we are undergoing a full-property upgrade as we convert to The Harborvale, an Autograph Collection hotel. We are incredibly excited to deliver the new, leading luxury hotel to downtown Burlington in the spring of 2026! Our guests will receive even more of the specialized, personal service we pride ourselves on while showcasing our wondrous surroundings right on the shores of Lake Champlain. Guests staying with us will be encouraged to embrace the adventure of travel and experiences from our prime downtown location. Whether this be by taking one of our complimentary bicycles along the Lake Champlain Greenway or walking up to the famed Church Street Marketplace to explore our local shops, vendors, and restaurants, our cherished guests will experience the vey best that Vermont has to offer. Our accommodations, complimented with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offer well-lit, windowed spaces and comfort to work, play, entertain, and relax. The Courtyard boasts over 3,000 square feet of windowed event space & a beautiful 10,000 square foot outdoor terrace venue. With 161 well-appointed guest rooms, we aim to offer every guest an experience that leaves them refreshed & inspired. Bleu Northeast Kitchen, our onsite restaurant and bar, offers a unique dining experience serving both in-house guests and the Burlington community. Bleu provides sustainable, local, and seasonal cuisine in an elevated and sophisticated setting.

Over the winter of 2025 and early 2026, we will be undergoing a full-property upgrade as we convert to The Harborvale, and Autograph Collection hotel! We are incredibly excited to deliver the new, leading luxury hotel to downtown Burlington in the spring of 2026. With this conversion, our function space is limited. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all guests have a seamless, comfortable experience as we navigate this next chapter. Our facilities will be fully back in service by May, 2026.
