Redding is the second sunniest city in the Nation, with 88-percent sunshine days! With its great shopping, variety of restaurants, and plenty of hotel rooms, Redding is the perfect base camp for your far Northern California adventure. Redding is home to the world renowned Sundial Bridge, Shasta Lake, California's largest lake, the Sacramento River National Recreation Trail, along with great attractions like Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Reddings All Weather Soccer Park and the Big League Dreams Sports Park.
There are over 1,000 guest rooms located within a two-mile radius of the 39,000 square foot Redding Convention Center. Additional meeting/break-out space up to 14,000 sq ft is available at nearby hotels.
Within a 10 minute to 1 hour drive are many natural wonders such as some of the best fishing in the state, national and state parks, year round waterfalls, snow skiing, houseboating, you name it. If it is an outdoor activity, it is probably here.
