The CMA Music Festival is a four-day music festival centered on country music, hosted each June by the Country Music Association (CMA) in Nashville. Beginning in 1972 under the name Fan Fair, the event now draws over 400 artists and celebrities who hold autograph sessions and perform in concerts offered throughout the festival. Half of the proceeds from the festival each year are donated to charity, while the other half is earmarked by the CMA for "the advancement of country music".

Founded in 1873 with a $1 million gift from “Commodore” Cornelius Vanderbilt to establish an institution that would “contribute to strengthening the ties that should exist between all sections of our common country,” today Vanderbilt University is globally renowned for its transformative education and research. First opening in 1996 as Nashville Arena, Bridgestone Arena has the distinction of being one of the busiest venues in the United States, hosting more than 25.6 million guests throughout its existence. As a premier destination for sports and entertainment fans of all kinds, Bridgestone Arena has been nominated for Pollstar's Arena of the Year award 16 times, with 13 consecutive nominations from 2007 to 2019 and wins in 2014 and 2017. Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena EVP of Entertainment & Venues David Kells was also named Pollstar's Venue Executive of the Year in 2017, having been nominated on six prior occasions.

The Music City Center is Nashville's convention center located in the heart of downtown. The 2.1 million square foot facility opened in 2013 and was built so that Nashville could host large, city-wide conventions in the downtown area.
