The hotel is close to major governmental agencies and corporations, as well as the new industrial development zones i.e. Fuqing Rongqiao Economic -Technological Development Zone and Fujian Jiangyin Economic Development Zone. The project investment is approximately 800 million Yuan. Combining accommodation, dining, office building, finance, entertainment and SPA, it is the new iconic building of Fuqing City. The Hotel is 10 minutes away from Fuqing High-Speed Train Station, 30 minutes away from the city center of Fuzhou-Provincial Capital of Fujian and 50 minutes away from Fuzhou Changle International Airport.
