year-round activation. The block hosts The Rally Hotel, as well as office and residential space,
all circling a center plaza under a stadium sized LED screen, that will be open to exciting public
activations or available for private outdoor events. Places to discover on the block include the
"Rockies Hall of Fame", The Original Restaurant, and a bustling food hall and sports bar.
The square was named after former Colorado Rockies president Keli McGregor who passed away
in 2010. McGregor was known as a true leader, he was a native Coloradoan and he once pitched
the idea to turn the parking lot to the south of the ballfield into a destination for all. McGregor
Square’s mission is to be "Denver’s playground", a family-friendly place filled with good energy,
a sense of community and a year-round feeling of "new Americana" that defines the modern
west today.
McGregor Square will be WELLTM certified, using best practices in design and construction to create healthier spaces for residents and guests.

Our 182-room hotel is adjacent to the home of the Colorado Rockies, Coors Field and located on McGregor Square. This full-city block is the epicenter of entertainment featuring restaurants, retail and a circular plaza with a stadium sized LED screen, that will host sports entertainment, movie nights and private events. The Ballroom and additional meeting space include a third-floor terrace and a Bridge-Way Rooftop Deck and Pool. The Rally inspires the playful side in all of us.
