Ace Hotel Brooklyn Inspired by Boerum Hill's intersection of urban and residential, history and industry, and distinctive sense of self, Ace Hotel Brooklyn stands in homage to the diverse and culturally rich fabric of the neighborhood. Defined by a respect for its civic spaces and independent, democratic spirit, it celebrates the things we might take for granted today: idiosyncratic mom-and-pop-shops, playfulness and humor in everyday experiences and genuine interactions with neighbors that build meaningful communities. Ace Hotel Brooklyn extends out into the city as a through-way and generous canvas for experiences of all kind. Our first hotel in Brooklyn, we built it from the ground-up as a lasting gathering space that moves and breathes with the city itself. Teaming up with long-time friends Roman and Williams, Ace Hotel Brooklyn is built upon the community gathering spaces of the borough and its enduring industrial history. A complete new-build with 13 floors and 287 guest rooms, we dedicated a full floor to the things that make life memorable with over 8,000 sq ft of grand ballrooms, event spaces, a community kitchen and full bar. Open, spacious and welcoming, the design nods to Brooklyn's plethora of art studios and tradition of stoop culture, with an animated public Lobby, a miraculous floating staircase and indoor-outdoor spaces to take respite in. The rooms feature original artwork by local artists and friends of Ace, and floor to ceiling windows with some rooms offering unobstructed 360 views of Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and the Statue of Liberty. It's a marvel. Ace Hotel Brooklyn is home to three distinct outlets for food and drinks by Brooklyn and Manhattan-based culinary legends. Elevated but warm, each neighborhood spot offers a unique and inviting space for restorative and inventive fare, local flavors and room to settle in for a long dinner, lively nightcap or meeting. Ace Brooklyn will have a Chef-driven 135-seat main restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, late-night menu and room service. We will also have a bakery and coffee counter for fesh pastries, bread, coffee and to-go items. There will be an intimate garden cafe with custom artist-designed stained-glass skylights that will accommodate 24 seated and 50 standing guests with a spectacular 12 ft indoor fireplace. It would not be Ace without a vibrant public Lobby with living room and bar.
