Noise Level: No amplified music, live bands, or DJ setups permitted. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disrupting hotel guests. Catering & Food Restrictions: Outside food and beverage may not be brought in without prior written approval. Hotel can provide coffee service and coordinate with local vendors for light catering. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless provided by a licensed and insured third-party vendor and pre-approved by hotel management. Decorations & Signage: No tacks, nails, staples, or tape may be used on walls, ceilings, or fixtures. Free-standing signage or easels are permitted. Open flame candles, glitter, and confetti are not allowed. Setup & Breakdown: Standard room setup (classroom, theater, boardroom, etc.) is included. Client is responsible for removal of all personal items and materials by the end of the rental period. No Pets
