We’re the largest convention and trade show facility in BC’s Okanagan Valley. Managed by OVG-360, our 60,000 sq. ft. is ideally suited for conventions sized 150 to 650 delegates with a trade show component. There's 900+ hotel rooms within walking distance. We offer value, dedicated team, ample space for your main plenary, concurrent breakouts, and trade show component. Convention Centre Size and Specifications • Accessible, one level venue • Ballroom 1 - 15,600 sq. ft. (Salon A, B, C) • Ballroom 2, dedicated trade show space, is 13,600 sq. ft. This space has no weight restriction, three loading bays. Loading Dock C is a 16’ x 16’ loading door with drive in access to Ballroom 2. • Complimentary parking • Complimentary wifi • 8 configurable break out rooms • 14,000 sq. ft. of pre-function space The Penticton Trade and Convention Centre is attached to the 5,000 seat South Okanagan Events Centre arena and also sits on a large Complex with parking. The arena adds 17,000 sq. ft. for trade shows, food services and/or a main plenary. The large parking lots can also be rented for outdoor trade show space. In-House Food and Beverage Foodies Chef Luke and our culinary team consistently deliver delicious meals at a price point that's flexible, without compromising local freshness, presentation, and taste. Inspired by the Okanagan Valley’s flavours, seasonal produce, craft beer, and wines, Chef Luke caters up to 2,400 delegates with creative menus and superb presentation. Whatever your preference, you and your guests will enjoy the freshest ingredients prepared by our expert culinary team. Audio Visual and Show Decorator Services SW Audio Visual is our preferred, in-house provider. They offer a complete range of audio visual and presentation technology services. SW’s friendly and knowledgeable staff is very familiar with the building’s working. Their sister company, ShowTime Event & Display can assist in all your trade show needs, and is our preferred provider.
