X. Cancellations A. When no accommodations are booked Cancellations regarding the number of participants, rooms, catering, dates and so on must be brought to the Seminar Business Manager’s attention in writing. Only the date fixed on the contract will determine the amount of cancellation fees as follows: Total or partial cancellation - More than 60 days prior to the event: 15% of the amount of the cancelled part. - 60 to 30 days prior to the event: 50% of the amount of the cancelled part. - 30 to 15 days prior to the event: 75% of the amount of the cancelled part. - Less than 15 days prior to the event: 100% of the amount of the cancelled part. However, a partial cancellation not entailing a decrease of more than 10% of the amount of the contract signed will be tolerated. B. When accommodations are booked - 60 to 30 days: 25% charged (if more than 20 rooms are booked), no fees otherwise - 30 to 15 days: 75% charged (if more than 8 rooms are booked), no fees otherwise - Less than 15 days prior to the event: 100% charged It should be noted that any booking amendment and/or cancellation entailing a cancellation of more than 10 nights from D-30 onwards will be charged at 100%. All room night cancelled will be charged and resell according to the cancellation policy above-mentioned.
