Grand Ballroom - The Grand Ballroom, with a 19-foot ceiling, can be partitioned into a variety of configurations. Opened up, its total size is 13,860 square feet and can hold up to 1,500 people seated theater style or 900 for a banquet. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate over 80 trade show booths with convenient direct garage access. Ballroom - The Ballroom on the ground floor can be partitioned into three breakout rooms, and provides an intimate setting for meetings and receptions with 5,780 square feet. The Ballroom can accommodate over 700 people in a theater-style setting or 360 people for a banquet. Executive Room 100 - The Executive Room is the technical jewel of the Ogden Eccles Conference Center. Congress-style seating for 80 features on-line access for 45 computers where networked software can be projected onto the built-in screen. Other in-room equipment includes the rear-screen projector, two drop-down marker boards, slide-video adapter, VCR, DVD/CD and cassette players. Meeting Rooms - Each of the six meeting rooms is 1,000 square feet and can seat up to 100 people. Four of the rooms include ceiling-mounted motorized projection screens. Each meeting room has individual lighting systems for classroom-type illumination, dimmable lighting for presentations and mood lighting. Peery's Egyptian Theater - Peery's Egyptian Theater is designed to accommodate live theater, dance, music, symphonic and multimedia performances as well as film. It is also available for general sessions up to 800 attendees. Full and half day rates are available.
