We love Sunday and Thursday Group Arrivals! Come for Thanksgiving and Christmas too - or your holiday party. Winter groups - Nov - March - are eligible for : for special promos including free night stays. ASK FOR THE WINTER PROMO.
Cancellation Policy
Groups can usually cancel 30 days in advance with no penalty. But done on a case-by-case basis as often can change due to high compression convention dates and/or number of rooms.

143 spacious guestrooms and suites offer refrigerators, microwaves and coffee/tea makers. All rooms include free local and 800 calls, as well as complimentary wifi, breakfast, parking and limited shuttles and to specific locations (additional and larger shuttles can be worked with our transport partner for a fee) You’ll get a great night’s sleep on a king or queen bed. Choose from city or water views. Our king rooms are mostly on the water side and rooms with two queen beds are on the city side (but we do have some water view rooms with two beds). We offer over 4000 sf of indoor and outdoor function space. Five banquet and meeting rooms can easily be configured to suit your specific needs. Catering, AV equipment and meeting planning services are available.
