About us
Welcome to Hotel Park Ave, located on Park Avenue + 30th Street, a hotel by Lore Group (the group behind hotels Sea Containers London, Riggs DC, Pulitzer Amsterdam, and more). Designed by Lore Group Creative Director Jacu Strauss, our 190 guestrooms + suites offer a comfortable urban retreat. Our Rooftop Terrace Lounge provides panoramic Park Avenue views with gorgeously appointed indoor/outdoor spaces. Having debuted in November 2024, Hotel Park Avenue offers fully refreshed guestrooms and public spaces. New Food & Beverage concepts are coming in Fall 2025.
