Nova Siri is a 4-star holiday village in Basilicata, an oasis swathed in greenery in the heart of Magna Graecia and next to a vast pinewood which faces the beach, lapped by the Ionian Sea. The Nova Siri Holiday Village boasts a privileged geographic position from both a touristic and archaeological point of view. In fact, the nearby archaeological areas of Taranto, Matera, Metaponto, Policoro, Tricarico, Vaglio, Venosa and Grumento Nova testify to the fact that it wash ere that the ancient Greeks had founded, with their colonies, the Magna Graecia of which today we can still admire its magnificence through the countless archaeological finds that they have passed on to us. Both the museums, rich with statues and artifacts are tourist destinations for people from around the world.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
