Palazzo di Zante Hotel is een laagbouwhotel, gebouwd in een U-vorm, rond een kanaal en een zwembad met bruggen en fonteinen. De uiterlijke bouwstijl van het hotel is geïnspireerd op de Ionische architectuur en het interieur heeft een neoklassieke stijl. Het hotel ligt op de top van een groene heuvel aan zee. Het hotel beschikt over 181 kamers van verschillende types. Het heeft 142 tweepersoonskamers, 18 familiekamers, 18 executive tweepersoonskamers met privézwembad, 2 Executive suites met één slaapkamer met privézwembad en 1 suite met uitzicht op het zwembad. Speciaal gebouwde conferentiezaal in bioscoopstijl voor 150 personen, volledig uitgerust met audiovisuele apparatuur.
