Moxy York is het enige hotel van Marriott dat zich binnen de stadsmuren van York bevindt. Het is prachtig gelegen, op 5 minuten lopen van de wereldberoemde Shambles Market en op 1 minuut rijden van de A1036, bussen kunnen uitstappen bij de bushalte naast het hotel en parkeren in het nabijgelegen buspark. Het hotel beschikt over 118 kamers, waarvan we 100 queensize bedden, 12 tweepersoonskamers en 6 familiekamers hebben. Voor onze groepen hebben we een goed uitgeruste fitnessruimte op het terrein, een openbare ruimte met leuke spelletjes zoals zwembad en tafelvoetbal waar je elkaar kunt ontmoeten en een fantastische biertuin voor onze groepen om elke avond perfect te beginnen. De kernactiviteiten van de groep zullen afkomstig zijn uit de vrijetijdssector, waarbij groepen komen genieten van de stad of om deel te nemen aan de York Race Weekends. Bovendien ligt het hotel dicht bij de York Barbican, York St John en de University of York — het hotel werkt met zakelijke gasten die op zoek zijn naar een uniek hotel in de stad. In de buurt zijn er lokale markten, York Barbican, City Walls, York Gin en het nieuwe Spark:York CIC waar iedereen in York gezien wil worden.
