De faciliteit werd in 1997 uitgebreid met de opening van een aangrenzend ultramodern congrescentrum met een panoramisch uitzicht op het centrum van Worcester. Het complex, beschreven als een architectonisch juweeltje, voegde 50.000 vierkante meter tentoonstellingsruimte, 11 vergaderzalen, een balzaal van 12.144 vierkante meter (de grootste in Central Massachusetts) en een ultramoderne keuken toe. De meer dan 100.000 vierkante meter aan expositieruimte van de faciliteit wordt het hele jaar door gevuld met consumentenshows, beurzen, congressen, conferenties en andere openbare en particuliere evenementen.
