Ruby Sofie begon zijn leven als de Sofiensäle, een groots 19e-eeuws badhuis. Dankzij haar uitstekende akoestiek veranderde zingen onder de douche echter al snel in concerten en galaballen, waarbij iedereen, van Johann Strauss tot de Kinks, haar podium sierde. Als het op design aankomt, hebben we ons laten leiden door het verleden van onze hoofdrolspeelster, waarbij we vintage meubels hebben gecombineerd met opvallende schijnwerpers en een opvallende piano. Maar hoewel toneelstukken, vinylhoezen en instrumenten verwijzen naar glorie uit het verleden, is het barmenu door en door modern.
