De accommodatie beschikt over 118.000 vierkante meter aan vergader- en evenementenruimte, waaronder de legendarische internationale balzaal van 30.000 vierkante meter en 1.107 kamers. Washington Hilton beschikt over een seizoensgebonden verwarmd buitenbad en kinderzwembad, compleet met een onbelemmerd uitzicht op het Washington Monument; een binnenplaats van 11.000 vierkante meter met vuurkorven en waterpartij; een ultramoderne healthclub met een scala aan fitnesslessen en apparatuur; een vertegenwoordiger van Monumental Tours; Fedex Office Business Center; en Hertz autoverhuur. Een ervaren conciërge is beschikbaar voor gasten om lokale aanbevelingen te doen en reserveringen te maken. Het hotel heeft vier karakteristieke eetgelegenheden op het terrein; Four Oaks, Sidecar, McClellan's Sports Bar en District Line Café & Market. Washington Hilton heeft zijn langdurige toewijding aan verbeteringen en renovaties voortgezet met updates van de vergaderruimte en premium suites. In 2024 zijn alle vergaderruimten op het niveau van de lobby, het terras en de hal gerenoveerd met nieuw tapijt en vinyl. De Presidential, Dupont en Kalorama Suites zijn volledig gerenoveerd, inclusief volledig nieuw meubilair. In 2021 kreeg de iconische International Ballroom een update met een nieuwe tapijtinstallatie. In februari 2020 heeft het hotel een volledige renovatie van zachte goederen van de kamers voltooid, waardoor de kamers een moderne uitstraling hebben gekregen die past bij de recente renovatie van de lobby. In 2017 onthulde het hotel een complete renovatie op lobby-niveau, geïnspireerd op het originele ontwerp van het hotel uit de jaren 60. Gedurfde geometrische vormen worden gecombineerd met comfortabele verfijning, terwijl lichte, luchtige, open ruimtes worden geaccentueerd met een moderne inrichting en opvallende afwerkingen die iconisch zijn voor Washington, D.C.
