Hotel Carpe Diem ligt op een panoramische locatie in het centrum van de verbazingwekkende Fassa-vallei. Het ligt niet ver van het stadsplein en de skipistes van skigebied Catinaccio, op een rustige locatie met bezienswaardigheden, waar u de hele dag van het zonlicht kunt genieten. De ruimtes van Carpe Diem Hotel zijn het resultaat van een zorgvuldige zoektocht naar warme en nieuwe sferen. De kamers zijn verschillend in grootte en vorm, maar elke kamer is „uniek” wat betreft de indeling, inrichting en kleuren, om aan de behoeften van de gasten te voldoen. We zoeken niet alleen een pauze van het leven en de dagelijkse routine, maar ook naar een gelegenheid om te knuffelen, voor onszelf te zorgen en onze innerlijke balans en harmonie te vinden.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
