Het hotel voor een langer verblijf bestaat uit 160 appartementen, variërend van studio's tot appartementen met één slaapkamer, allemaal met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een lcd-flatscreentelevisie, een kantoorruimte, enz. Het Aparthotel ligt dicht bij winkels en biedt snelle toegang tot de belangrijkste snelwegen. Het is gelegen in het rustige en typisch Franse dorp Guyancourt in de buurt van het Paleis van Versailles, twee golfbanen en een recreatiecentrum.
