Hotel Casez bevindt zich in Sanzeno. Het is niet alleen een spahotel in Trentino, maar ook een gezellig toevluchtsoord voor vakanties in de bergen. Het is een perfecte vakantiebestemming en biedt een oase van rust en kalmte. Er zijn 4 soorten kamers in het hotel, speciaal gemaakt om aan elke behoefte te voldoen. De Junior Suites zijn ingericht met verschillende essences en soorten natuurlijk hout, voor een traditioneel en elegant verblijf in de bergen. Het nieuwe restaurant Fior Di Melo heeft een rustieke maar elegante sfeer, waar u zowel kunst als lekker eten kunt vinden. Het is de beste plek om ceremonies, jubilea, bruiloften, bevestigingen, doopfeesten, afstudeerfeesten, kerstlunches, nieuwjaarsdiners, zakenlunches en diners te vieren. Voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten en seminars beschikt het hotel over een vergaderruimte van 70 m2 die plaats biedt aan maximaal 40 personen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
