Annuleringsbeleid

ANNULERING: Elke annulering door de licentiehouder moet schriftelijk gebeuren. Ontvangst door het Centrum van een annulering binnen EEN (1) jaar na het evenement zal resulteren in een verbeurdverklaring van een deel van de licentievergoeding als volgt, ongeacht of er daadwerkelijk geld is betaald aan en ontvangen door het Centrum: - Minder dan één (1) jaar, maar meer dan zes (6) maanden vóór de eerste dag van de gebeurtenis, bedraagt de verbeurdverklaring vijfentwintig procent (25). - Minder dan zes (6) maanden, maar meer dan zestig (60) dagen vóór de eerste dag van het evenement, bedraagt de verbeurdverklaring vijftig procent (50%). - In minder dan zestig (60) dagen bedraagt de verbeurdverklaring honderd procent (100%). Daarnaast stemt de licentiehouder er ook mee in om alle andere kosten voor evenementen te betalen die bovenop de licentievergoeding liggen die daadwerkelijk door het Centrum worden gemaakt in verband met de gebeurtenis die onder deze Overeenkomst valt. Een dergelijke verbeurdverklaring heeft het karakter van een forfaitaire schadevergoeding omdat de partijen het erover eens zijn dat de vaststelling en vaststelling van de werkelijke schade onmogelijk is vast te stellen.
