NH Fiera heeft 398 kamers, waaronder standaard, superior, executive en suite. De moderne en elegante kamers zijn breed en extreem licht dankzij de fragmentarische ramen, ontstaan uit een ingenieuze intuïtie van Dominique Perrault. Elke kamer is uitgerust met een draadloze internetverbinding en een lcd-tv. Het congrescentrum bestaat uit 14 multifunctionele zalen die zijn uitgerust met geavanceerde apparatuur en een onberispelijke, dynamische service. Alle vergaderzalen hebben natuurlijk licht en een wifi-internetverbinding. In alle vergaderzalen zijn er versterkingssystemen, draadloos internet, overheadprojector, flipover, scherm en business corner.
