Bathed in natural daylight, the space is thoughtfully designed without columns, chandeliers, or structural elements that could obstruct event setups or visual projections. Poinciana Grand Ballroom C features a built-in 90” x 160” screen, enhancing the venue’s versatility for conferences, presentations, and upscale social functions. Please note that the airwalls are not soundproof, and the venue operates without a curfew, allowing for maximum flexibility in event scheduling. A full range of food and beverage services is available and may be customized to suit your event requirements. Venue Rental: $6,000.00 USD per day Subject to 18% tax and 10% service charge 100% consumable As part of the hotel’s dedicated meeting floor, this venue does not incur setup fees.
