Het Dundarach Hotel ligt in de stad Pitlochry, op hoge grond met uitzicht op de Tummel-vallei en tegenover het Festival Theatre. De accommodatie ligt op een privéterrein van een paar hectare en is rustig, maar toch op slechts 2 minuten van het centrum. Het hotel beschikt over 40 slaapkamers. Ze hebben allemaal een eigen badkamer met alle basisvoorzieningen en -faciliteiten. Conferenties worden aangeboden in een speciale conferentieruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 40 mensen in theaterstijl en 24 bestuurskamers.
