Hotel Arkadia opende zijn poorten in de zomer van 2010 in het centrum van Pecs. De eenvoud van de Bauhaus-stijl kenmerkt het gebouw van het hotel. Het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen in combinatie met functionaliteit zorgt voor een unieke ontwerpervaring voor de lobby. Het hotel beschikt over 25 rookvrije kamers met logeerbedden waarmee het hotel kan zorgen voor een comfortabele accommodatie van 54 gasten. Het hotel is een ideale plek voor vergaderingen en conferenties. Het hotel beschikt over een vergaderruimte met een capaciteit van 10 personen.
