Over ons

Kasteel van Pavone is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het is zichtbaar vanaf de snelweg en vanaf de afrit van Ivrea op de snelweg A5 Turijn-Aosta, vanwaar het slechts 500 meter ver is. Het is een van de mooiste Italiaanse monumenten en wordt beschouwd als een van de mooiste en mooiste kastelen ter wereld. Het hotel biedt 27 prachtige kamers, verdeeld in: supersuites, suites, junior suites en standaardkamers die plaats bieden aan maximaal 60 personen. Voor grotere groepen mensen zijn er andere kamers beschikbaar buiten het kasteel. Het conferentiecentrum bevindt zich op de nobele verdieping van het kasteel en biedt zalen en salons voor 10 tot 150 deelnemers (in totaal 400 personen) van onschatbare schoonheid.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
