GROEPSEVENEMENT | BOEKINGSRICHTLIJNEN: GECONTRACTEERDE EVENEMENTEN: Uw groepsevenement is gegarandeerd wanneer we een ondertekend gastenevenementenblad ontvangen met een creditcardnummer en een handtekening waarop de datum staat vermeld (ongeacht de laatste betalingsmethode). Het uiteindelijke aantal gasten moet een week voor aanvang van uw evenement gegarandeerd zijn. Als het aantal gasten niet wordt bevestigd, wordt het oorspronkelijk gecontracteerde aantal gasten of het aantal aanwezige gasten in rekening gebracht, afhankelijk van wat hoger is. Stortingen: om uw plaats te reserveren, hebben we een creditcardnummer nodig met een ondertekend contract. We zullen de creditcard pas op de dag van het evenement in rekening brengen, tenzij anders aangegeven. Het management behoudt zich het recht voor om voor elke groep een aanbetaling te vragen. Aanbetalingen worden niet terugbetaald. PRIVÉRUIMTEN: Om een privéruimte te reserveren, kan een minimumaankoop voor eten en drinken vereist zijn. KAMER- EN TAFELARRANGEMENTEN: We zullen ons best doen om uw groep in de gewenste ruimte onder te brengen, maar we behouden ons het recht voor om uw groep te verplaatsen naar een geschiktere ruimte als uw verwachte opkomst aanzienlijk verandert. MENUKEUZE: Om u de best mogelijke service te bieden, vragen we grote groepen om gebruik te maken van een van onze groepsmenu's. We komen graag tegemoet aan speciale vegetarische of dieetwensen. Je menu moet een week voor je evenement definitief zijn. AANTAL LAATSTE GASTEN: Het uiteindelijke aantal gasten moet een week voor aanvang van uw evenement gegarandeerd zijn. Als het aantal gasten niet wordt bevestigd, wordt het oorspronkelijk gecontracteerde aantal gasten of het aantal aanwezige gasten in rekening gebracht, afhankelijk van wat hoger is. De geschatte kosten omvatten een fooi voor service die kan worden verhoogd of verlaagd op basis van uw eetervaring. Menu-items en prijzen zijn onderhevig aan wijzigingen.
