Annuleringsbeleid
De klant moet een aanbetaling van 50% van de geschatte totale huurprijs betalen bij uitvoering van de huurovereenkomst. Het saldo van de huursom is ten minste 5 dagen voor de huurperiode verschuldigd. In geval van een annulering krijgt de klant de aanbetaling niet terugbetaald, tenzij de annulering ten minste 10 dagen of langer voor het evenement plaatsvindt. Als de annulering minder dan 5 dagen voor het evenement plaatsvindt, wordt het saldo niet terugbetaald. Annuleringen moeten worden ingediend per e-mail naar 1415meeting@bocatc.org of per fax naar (402) 561-0598
