Barriere Events Resort ligt aan de oevers van Lake Leman, op 10 minuten van het treinstation en op een uur van de luchthaven van Genève. Het is al jaren de thuisbasis van het legendarische Montreux Jazz Festival en is nu een prachtige plek om vergaderingen, evenementen, tentoonstellingen en bruiloften te organiseren voor maximaal 1500 personen. Het Montreux Jazz Festival vindt elke zomer twee weken lang plaats in Zwitserland, aan de oevers van het Meer van Genève. Het Montreux Jazz Festival, opgericht in 1967 door Claude Nobs en tot het begin van de jaren 90 gehouden in het Casino de Montreux, is in de loop der jaren een essentieel evenement geworden dat fantastische verhalen en legendarische optredens heeft gegenereerd. Queen: The Studio Experience Montreux' bootst op getrouwe wijze de kamers na waar de Mountain Studios oorspronkelijk waren gehuisvest tijdens de opnamejaren van de Queen (de studio is in 2003 verhuisd vanwege renovatiedoeleinden). Deze vernieuwde ruimtes worden nu gebruikt om uitgebreide memorabilia uit de originele studio en uit de persoonlijke archieven van de band uit die periode tentoon te stellen, zoals originele met de hand geschreven songteksten van Queen, eigen instrumenten en kostuums van bandleden, cassetteboxen in de studio, waarvan vele de originele en vervolgens gewijzigde titels van nummers tonen, en een combinatie van speciaal gecreëerde interactieve audio- en visuele omgevingen.

Chillon Castle ligt op een rots aan de oevers van het Meer van Genève. Het waterkasteel is het meest bezochte historische gebouw in Zwitserland. Bijna vier eeuwen lang was Chillon de residentie en het winstgevende tolstation van de graven van Savoye. Het rotseiland tussen het Meer van Genève en de steil opdoemende bergen werd al in de prehistorie bewoond. Honderden jaren lang werd de doorvaart van schepen op het Meer van Genève en de belangrijke landroute naar de St. Bernhardpas vanaf dit eiland gecontroleerd. Chillon behoorde van de 12e tot de 16e eeuw toe aan de graven van Savoye, daarna veroverden de inwoners van Bern het waterkasteel en vervolgens wonnen de inwoners van Vaud. Het is mogelijk om het kasteel te huren voor verschillende evenementen. Vanaf het kasteel kunt u Montreux bereiken (per boot, bus of te voet), waar u tien kilometer beschutte baaien kunt bewonderen, omzoomd door met bloemen omzoomde promenades, exotische planten en palmbomen. Meer dan 350.000 gasten bezoeken Chillon per jaar. Ze bekijken de muurschilderingen uit de 14e eeuw, de ondergrondse gewelven, paradezalen en de slaapkamer (die in zijn oorspronkelijke vorm bewaard is gebleven) uit de tijd van de Berner overheersing. Het hele complex bestaat uit 25 gebouwen en drie binnenplaatsen, beschermd door twee ronde muren.
