Het Cala d'Or Playa Aparthotel ligt in een rustige woonwijk in Cala d'Or. Het ligt tussen het strand van Cala Gran en het strand van Cala Esmeralda (beide op ongeveer 350 meter van het Apart hotel), en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het centrale winkelgebied. Het Aparthotel beschikt over 116 appartementen, waarvan er 32 volledig zijn vernieuwd in 2013. Het bestaat uit 2 blokken, met respectievelijk 4 en 3 verdiepingen; beide gebouwen hebben liften. De appartementen zijn ruim, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. U kunt ontspannen op uw terras of balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad of de tuinen, waardoor uw vakantie onvergetelijk wordt.
