Annuleringsbeleid

ANNULERING: U kunt deze overeenkomst alleen annuleren nadat u ons hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte hebt gesteld. De partijen zijn het erover eens en begrijpen dat in geval van een annulering onze werkelijke schade moeilijk vast te stellen is. Daarom komen de partijen overeen dat u bij kennisgeving van annulering de volgende bedragen aan ons moet betalen als een schadevergoeding in mindering: *Annulering tussen de datum van ondertekening en 31 dagen van het evenement: 20% van de verschuldigde contractwaarde *Indien 30 tot 8 dagen voor het evenement op de hoogte gebracht: 50% van de verschuldigde contractwaarde *Indien op de hoogte gesteld tussen 7 en 4 dagen voor het evenement: 80% van de contractwaarde verschuldigd *Indien op de hoogte gesteld tussen 3 en 1 dagen na het evenement: 100% verschuldigd Aangezien producten en diensten van tevoren moeten worden gekocht en gepland, moet u drie (3) werkdagen of minder voor het evenement op de hoogte worden gesteld dat alle kosten (inclusief arbeids- en servicekosten, huur en toepasselijke belastingen) voor de eindgarantie of het overeengekomen aantal gasten in rekening worden gebracht.
