Annuleringsbeleid
EENMALIGE RESERVERINGEN: Gratis annuleren is toegestaan tot 15.00 uur, een dag voor aankomst. Als u te laat annuleert of niet komt opdagen, wordt de kamerprijs voor de eerste nacht in rekening gebracht. GROEPEN: 100% annuleringskosten zijn van toepassing als de groep 30 dagen voor aankomst annuleert. *De algemene voorwaarden kunnen enigszins worden gewijzigd, afhankelijk van de groepsgrootte. BIJEENKOMSTEN EN EVENEMENTEN: In het geval van een annulering van uw functie binnen 15 dagen voor aankomst, wordt een schadevergoeding geliquideerd ten bedrage van 100% van de inkomsten uit „Minimaal verwacht eten en drinken” en de huur van de vergaderruimte is verschuldigd, plus toepasselijke belastingen. In het geval dat uw evenement 16 tot 90 dagen voor aankomst wordt geannuleerd, wordt een schadevergoeding van 50% geliquideerd van de inkomsten uit „Minimaal verwachte eten en drinken” en de huur van de vergaderruimte is verschuldigd, plus toepasselijke belastingen. In het geval van een annulering van uw functie 90 dagen of meer voor aankomst, wordt een schadevergoeding geliquideerd ten bedrage van 25% van de inkomsten uit „Minimaal verwacht eten en drinken” en de huur van de vergaderruimte is verschuldigd, plus toepasselijke belastingen. De uit de annulering voortvloeiende schadevergoeding is verschuldigd en betaalbaar op het moment van de annulering.

The Hari aim to offset all scope 1 and 2 C02 emissions by 2030. Currently, we are working and studying options for carbon offsetting programs.

Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
We aim to make our property 100% free of single-use plastics. The first step, according to the UK regulation that has the guidance “Single-use plastics ban: plates, bowls, trays, containers, cutlery and balloon sticks” we are comply. We also are moving our rooms for reduce single-use plastic with some partnerships, for example, for our in-room amenities with ADA Cosmetics with the brand Think, Act & Live Sustainable - Certified Organic Cosmetics that refuse plastic content and excessive packaging material.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
Due to the energy crisis in the UK and Europe, we are currently zero green energy. The Hari London plans to start purchasing renewable energy the following year and increase the percentage every year. Also, we have goals to reduce our CO2 equivalent emissions by 68% (scope 1 and 2) by 2030. And achieve Net Zero by 2050.
