Hotel Smeraldo is een charmant driesterrenhotel in Lazise - onlangs gerenoveerd en strategisch gelegen op slechts zes minuten van het stadscentrum, met uitzicht op de oevers van het Gardameer. De gunstige locatie en het brede scala aan aangeboden diensten maken Hotel Smeraldo de juiste keuze voor uitstapjes naar het Gardameer en naar de stad Peschiera de Garda, maar het is ook ideaal voor zakenreizigers en beurzen in de omgeving. Hotel Smeraldo is ook uitgerust met een conferentieruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 70 personen, ideaal voor kleine evenementen, vergaderingen en feesten. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
