Hotel Corte Valier is een nieuw resort dat uitblinkt op het gebied van comfort en elegantie en dat klaar is om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van attente en exclusieve internationale gasten. Dit horecaresort strekt zich uit over een totale oppervlakte van 11.500 m2 recht tegenover het meer, langs het romantische wandelpad dat naar de oude stad met zijn beroemde middeleeuwse kasteel leidt. Het biedt 84 kamers, allemaal met uitzicht op het meer, waarvan 6 suites. De ideale oplossing voor vergaderingen, congressen en evenementen die professionele hulp krijgen door middel van een persoonlijke service, in een omgeving die een werkervaring tot een waar genoegen kan maken. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
