Springwood Hall ligt in de prachtige Border Union Showground, aan de rand van Kelso, grenzend aan de rivier de Tweed en omgeven door gras en bomen. Het is een veelzijdig, multifunctioneel expositiecentrum. Het is met succes gebruikt voor beurzen, conferenties, beurzen, concerten, bruiloften, bals en prijsuitreikingen. De hal, die volledig verwarmd is en kan worden gescheiden door gordijnen, heeft een bruikbare oppervlakte van 1000 m² met een composiet houten vloer van 320 m². Er is ook een grote, volledig ingerichte keuken en een vergaderruimte.
