Hoejslev Kro ligt midden in het prachtige en aantrekkelijke gebied in Turistbrochurerne genaamd „The Blue Limfjord Country”. De herberg heeft in 1995 een grote modernisering ondergaan waarbij grondig is nagedacht over het karakteristieke gebouw, dat samen met de kenmerken van de herberg - de ronde toren - in zijn oorspronkelijke constructie bewaard is gebleven en nu weer in geel en wit staat.
