Annuleringsbeleid
De huurder moet Downtown Market onmiddellijk schriftelijk of via e-mail op de hoogte stellen als het nodig is om het evenement te annuleren. Behalve in geval van annulering als gevolg van een overmachtsituatie, vervalt de aanbetaling van 50% die vereist is om de datum en ruimte van het evenement te reserveren. Als de Huurder binnen dertig (30) dagen na het evenement annuleert, behalve in geval van annulering als gevolg van een overmachtstoestand, verbeurt de Huurder alle betaalde huurkosten van de faciliteit. Downtown Market behoudt zich het recht voor om elk evenement te annuleren of te weigeren als wordt aangenomen dat personen of eigendommen in gevaar kunnen worden gebracht en/of de gebeurtenis op enigerlei wijze schadelijk zou kunnen zijn voor anderen of niet in het belang van Downtown Market en/of de gemeenschap en in geval van overmacht.
