Het Okinawa Convention Center (OCC) ligt aan de kust, in de stad Ginowan, aan de westkust van het centrale eiland Okinawa. OCC is het grootste multifunctionele complex in de prefectuur met een theater, een tentoonstellingsruimte en 12 grote en kleine vergaderzalen. Het theater biedt een unieke ruimte voor het presenteren van klassieke concerten, musicals en liveconcerten, maar ook voor dramatische uitvoeringen, ceremonies en prijsuitreikingen voor medewerkers die gegarandeerd blijvende herinneringen zullen creëren. De tentoonstellingsruimte, met een maximale capaciteit van 5.000 personen, is een multifunctionele ruimte die kan worden gebruikt als productbeurzen, tentoonstellingen, grote congressen, grote recepties, concerten en sportevenementen. Conferentiezaal B1, die kan worden ingericht voor 226 personen in een theaterachtige setting, kan gemakkelijk dienen als locatie voor seminars of lezingen. Er zijn ook zes kleinere vergaderzalen met theaterstoelen voor 49 tot 112 personen. Conferentiezalen voor alle gelegenheden, zoals zakelijke bijeenkomsten of workshops.
