Welkom bij SCALA, het nieuwste vergader- en evenementencentrum van Gent, gelegen in het hart van het Akkerhage Center: een bloeiend centrum voor zaken en horeca vlak bij de snelwegen E17 en E40, en gunstig gelegen buiten de lage-emissiezone (LEZ) van de stad. Met uitgebreide parkeergelegenheid op het terrein, waaronder ondergrondse ruimten, gelijkvloerse plekken, laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen en speciale busparkeerplaatsen, is SCALA buitengewoon gemakkelijk te bereiken voor zowel lokale als internationale gasten. SCALA wordt omringd door drie moderne hotels: Residence Inn by Marriott Ghent, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gent en het binnenkort te openen Courtyard by Marriott Ghent, met meer dan 400 kamers op loopafstand. In bijzondere gevallen kan een schriftelijke overeenkomst worden bereikt die een dergelijke regeling mogelijk maakt: in dergelijke gevallen rekent het hotel respectievelijk een servicevergoeding of een kurkengeld aan.

Annuleringsbeleid
