Hotel Mignon is een driesterrenhotel gelegen in de exclusieve wijk 'Roma Imperiale' van Forte dei Marmi. Hier vind je een prachtige wereld omgeven door een dennenbos op slechts 100 meter van de kust. Het is een perfecte balans tussen gastvrijheid, goede smaak, stijl en een professionele ontvangst. De kamers zijn helder verlicht en voorzien van frisse en elegante meubels en van alle gemakken voorzien. De koele elegantie van de buitenkant komt tot uiting in de hal, die bezoekers verwelkomt met prachtige trompe-l'oeil-beelden en de zitkamer in koloniale stijl is perfect om te lezen, te vergaderen of een ontspannende pauze te nemen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
