Hotel Villa Carlotta is een romantische negentiende-eeuwse villa in Patrizia-stijl in het centrum van Florence, gelegen in een rustige groene oase in de buurt van Piazzale Michelangelo, de Ponte Vecchio en het conferentiecentrum Calza. Dit prestigieuze villahotel, op een steenworp afstand van Palazzo Pitti en Ponte Vecchio, omringt de gasten in een rustige sfeer die ontspanning, een warm welkom en gastvrijheid biedt. We zijn er zeker van dat de schoonheid van de villa uw verblijf uniek zal maken. De 32 kamers, allemaal onlangs gerenoveerd, zijn zeer gastvrij en comfortabel en zijn elegant ingericht in de klassieke stijl. Het hotel beschikt over een uitnodigende vergaderruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 50 personen. In het verfijnde restaurant „Al Bobolino” is het mogelijk om bij kaarslicht met achtergrondmuziek te eten en de beste gerechten uit de Toscaanse en Italiaanse keuken te proeven, geserveerd door vriendelijke en altijd aanwezige obers.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
