Annuleringsbeleid

• Het contract kan op elk moment tot 30 dagen vóór de datum van het evenement kosteloos worden geannuleerd door het locatiemanagement schriftelijk op de hoogte te stellen van een dergelijke verkiezing. • Als het contract tussen 15 en 30 dagen na de datum van het evenement wordt geannuleerd, worden 50% van de huurprijs en eventuele kosten die de locatie te goeder trouw heeft gemaakt ter voorbereiding op het gebruik van de faciliteit door de klant in rekening gebracht. • Bij annuleringen 15 dagen voor de datum van het evenement of minder worden 100% van de huurkosten en eventuele kosten per locatie in rekening gebracht.
